Color masterbatch is a kind of plastic colorant which is made of high proportion of pigment or additive and thermoplastic resin and is well dispersed. The selected resin has good wetting and dispersing effect on the colorant and good compatibility with the colored material. Namely: pigment + carrier + additive = masterbatch. Masterbatch coloring is the most commonly used plastic coloring method.
we can customize according to Pantone color card and RAL color card.
Color masterbatch: The appearance size can be customized, 2.5×3.0mm (normally), 3.3×3.3mm (white).
